celsiusit

Celsius IT provides software development, electronic design, and consulting services to all sectors of the global economy. Many of our clients are based in New Zealand, but we also provide our design and development services to a number of companies and organisations across the globe.

We pride ourselves in offering excellent solutions that are realistic and efficient.  We employ driven, smart people who have common sense. We implement rational and practical solutions.

We speak your language and understand that we may have to teach you things as we progress, and we expect to learn things from you too. "Engineering without ego" is a company tenet.

Celsius IT is equipped to engineer projects from initial research, through development, and on to prototype runs.  We leverage our existing knowledgebase to produce results for our clients that incorporate robust, proven technology with new marketable techniques.  We have close relationships with partner companies to provide our clients with a "one-stop" solution - if required.  We'll even supply manufactured product to your doorstep.

We also consider system design as one of our specialty areas.  For this, we meet the client early in the project and usually sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (very important to protect the client's ability to later apply for patent protection).  We offer comprehensive brainstorming sessions and technical analysis from different areas of expertise.

Our project portfolio indicates how varied our developments are.

Long Term Client Commitment

Our business model is based on building long term relationships with clients (14 years is the current record). This has proven successful although does not preclude us from doing one-off projects for customers. The vast majority of our clientele return to us for future project developments - and often offer a joint venture opportunity because they see that we can offer something unique and very valuable to their business.

As part of our business model, we endeavour to provide solutions that meet the particular needs of each client.  This means we seek an understanding of the needs and strategies of our clients and the environment and industry in which each operates.  Fortunately, this task is often interesting to our engineers!  We have had the opportunity to learn intricate details about diverse industries such as the toy industry, food-flavouring industry, electricity distribution, the military, traffic infrastructure, semiconductor manufacture and so on.
